Our items are distributed directly from our global supply partners and have the following estimated delivery times:
Global: 14 – 45 days estimated delivery.
Whilst we aim towards the lower end of this time scale, there are many factors including your location that will affect the exact time.
Whilst we do our best to prevent customs charges, some countries charge additional import charges and duties. This is totally out of our control and we are not responsible for these costs.
Some of our services include tracking. If your order comes with a tracking number, it will be sent to you in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log into your account page and track the progress of your order.
We love minimalism and the environment, that’s why all of our products come with very little packaging – after all, it’s the amazing products that count.
You have 14 days to return or exchange your order. If more than 14 days have passed, then we unfortunately cannot accept your return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange the items must be in an unused, unopened and resalable condition, and must still be in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Unless it is due to a manufacturing defect or seller fault, you will be responsible for any return postage delivery costs. We recommend that you use a tracked service for your return delivery as we cannot guarantee that we will safely receive the delivery.
